I started Bloom & Thrive Tutoring Services because I believe every young learner deserves instruction shaped around who they are, not a one-size-fits-all worksheet. With a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree, and more than 5 years of experience as an IAS-certified early childhood teacher, I bring real classroom training into your home or a quiet online session. I work with children ages 3 through 8, and I design each lesson to be engaging, hands-on, and tuned to what your child needs most right now.

Most of my families come to me for math tutoring and literacy tutoring, and I love watching foundational skills click into place. In my reading and literacy work, I focus on phonics, letter sounds, letter building, and early reading habits that stick. My math tutoring leans on hands-on activities that turn counting, patterns, and number sense into something a young child can touch and understand. I offer private tutoring for children who thrive one-on-one, and small group tutoring for those who learn well alongside a sibling or friend.

I travel to you across Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan, so sessions fit into your family's real schedule. After-school tutoring is available for the busy weeknight rush, homework help and study support when assignments pile up, and summer tutoring that keeps skills sharp and adds a little academic enrichment when school is out. Every child gets a personalized learning plan, and I adjust it as they grow so the work always stays challenging without becoming frustrating.
